How do I book?You will receive a unique code once your subscription activates. You can book via our app: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/my-beauty-squad-customer/id1454212046 Just select Hair >> Blow Dry Subscription >> Your Custom Code Select date & time between Mon-Thu 9am-8pm. Or email bookings@mybeautysquad.com to book your appointments.

How do I prep for my appointment?Simply wash your hair 15min prior and don't apply any leave-ins. Please apply shampoo twice and follow up with a conditioner. To avoid frizz avoid washing your hair with hot water or give it a cold water "shot" before leaving the shower.

Will I have the same stylist?Yes, once you subscribe the same stylist will be with you for your monthly appointments.

Can I put my subscription on hold?Yes, you can. Just let us know prior to your next payment and we will pause it for you.

What if I don't use all appointments?With each subscription you get four blow dries per month and they are non-accumulative. If you don't use your appointments they will not roll over to the following month and those will be lost.

Can I cancel my appointment?Yes, If you wish to re-schedule or cancel an appointment please do so no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment date. Bookings cancelled after the cancellation notice period will be considered lost.

How do I cancel my subscription?Simply email bookings@mybeautysquad.com prior to your next payment. Make sure you use all your remaining blow dries before the subscription expires.
