Simply wash your hair 15min prior and don't apply any leave-ins. Please apply shampoo twice and follow up with a conditioner. To avoid frizz avoid washing your hair with hot water or give it a cold water "shot" before leaving the shower.

Yes, you can. Just let us know prior to your next payment and we will pause it for you.

With each subscription you get four blow dries per month and they are non-accumulative. If you don't use your appointments they will not roll over to the following month and those will be lost.

Yes, If you wish to re-schedule or cancel an appointment please do so no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment date. Bookings cancelled after the cancellation notice period will be considered lost.
