Without a doubt it is worldwide known that bath salts help with anxiety and especially Epsom salts as they help stabilise moods, relieve stress, help with anxiety and depression. Having a weekly bath with salts can really help with your mood while relaxing your muscles.

Whether you believe it or not, there are a ton of healing crystals available that actually promote stable energy flow and in turn help you have control of your own life. They say it creates a chemical reaction that humans frequency rises to align with the frequency of the stone you are working with. Carry this in your purse or place it in a safe place around your home.
